Are they buying tranquility? Are they buying the best experiences? What are they buying?
If you think about Cristiano Ronaldo, J.B., and those we mentioned this week, and what’s common about them, is that they receive income, invest, and live with passive income.
Are they buying tranquility? Are they buying the best experiences? What are they buying?
Some buy developing real-estate here in “Dubai of Brazil”, others may buy land, others buy farms, other’s invest in global markets, and others invest in DeFi and Crypto… It really depends on your appetite, that’s why there are dozen of international restaurants and hotels in the city, people differ one from another by their tastes.
Brazil’s northwest is where Europeans like to buy beach residences, here in the South we have all kinds of investors, it’s developing, we have mid-east, Europe, Netherlands, Russians, and mostly Argentines. It’s all about tastes.
With the explosion of Bitcoin prices many investors came here to buy astounding beach residences, while they continue investing globally from their sofa. As we like to put it.
Imagine, how many people are stuck in the news, day in and day out, while others know the path to freedom. What’s the difference between them? It’s the kind of knowledge and information they have…
While some are stuck in the news feed, other’s simple do as CR7 and don’t bother at all.
As we approach the end of the year we are gain up SP&500, still not following the news often… if we get 10 minutes a day, it’s too much.
My wife told me there was an international photographer in the restaurant… he has a good taste, you see.
There was a beautiful rainbow in the ocean yesterday. We pictured it. It was fast… then the clouds came in, it disappeared from our eyes. When we told our neighbor he couldn’t get it. You see, we guess some people were looking to their iPhones, like they were hanging up for something… they couldn’t see.
…Some news, infinite stocks cycles, a deal they have to take, a message they were waiting… some are addicted to the fear sentiment hidden in most newsletters, news and businesses relations… new opportunities to be stuck in the cycle. That’s the fail number 1, most people do.
We wonder, how many free time would you have if you don’t ever need to spend life on news looking for opportunities that keep you in the endless cycle.
We tell our clients and students, even when we are in vacation they can watch our teachings 24/7 at home and do what our clients do. Don’t follow the news.
Try buying stocks when it’s pricey… try buying developed cities… try buy bitcoin for 125k. Opportunities come to the prepared minds.
