Dear reader,
One man profits, the other don’t. They are collegues, friends, maybe brothers, perhaps father and son.
One focus on cost-cutting, instantaneous action, drive production, revenue growth, employes availability. The whole game leaves him, always mad, disappointed with the results, the non-stop need of having someone telling employes what to do, when to do, how to do. In some years this natural stimulus to self-worth becomes a burden.
